Step 1: Choose a logo package

Once you have browsed through our portfolio of business logos, you should then choose a business logo design package that meets the requirements and budget of your organisation There are three package types available: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each one is available with or without matching business stationery, giving a total of six packages. Visit the prices page for further details.

Step 2: Order your logo online

Ordering your new business logo is a simple two stage process.

• Complete online order form
  You will be asked to enter your contact details and outline any logo preferences you may have.
   
• Complete online payment
  After submitting the order form you will be redirected to our payment site. Simply click the package you wish to buy.

Online credit card payment is quick, easy and 100% secure. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order form has been received and your payment has been verified. This email will include your username, password and hyperlinks to your private web pages where you can review and download your logo designs at your convenience.

Step 3: Review your draft designs

Your first batch of designs will be uploaded to your private review page within 3-5 business days, depending on the package that you ordered. You will be sent a notification email whenever new designs are ready for review. There you will be able to view the designs and send your feedback via email at your convenience.

During the design process clients can choose to view more designs or nominate a favourite design for further refinement. There is no limitation placed upon the number of revision cycles. Clients are asked to give reasons for rejecting designs, in order for us to better understand their needs. The design process will end when you are completely satisfied and approve a final logo.

Step 4: Receive your completed logo!

Once you have approved your final logo design, the complete set of file formats will be uploaded to your private download page. Take a look at an example private download page. (Again the username is "example" and the password is "password".) In addition to your personal archive, you will also be sent a CD-ROM containing your logo files.

Your logo will be made available in various standard formats which include: Adobe Illustrator®, EPS (Encapsulated Postscript), GIF and TIFF.

Remember that additional logo files can be ordered free of charge after your order has been completed. If your order included stationery, then work will begin on designing a matching letterhead, envelope and business cards.
