 Can I order from anywhere in the world?
Yes. Our clients come from all over the globe. For your convenience, the entire process takes place over the internet, so your location has no impact on our ability to design your logo.
What are the password protected client web pages?
Each client is allocated private web space that can only be accessed using their personal username and password. This information along with the hyperlinks will be emailed to the client once their order has been processed.
Will I own the copyright to the logo?
Yes. Ownership of copyright is automatically transferred to the client on their approval of the final logo design. Once ownership and copyright is transferred you are free to use your logo as you wish. (We reserve the right to use any of our logo designs for promotional purposes.)
How long will it take?
This depends on which package was chosen, how many revisions are necessary and how quickly draft designs are reviewed. Our ordering and design process has been streamlined for maximum efficiency and hence overall speed.
Should I order my logo before creating a web page?
In most cases, this is the best approach. Once you have a logo, a website can be designed with your new image in mind.
Logo Design Process
I have a logo idea in mind. Can you create it for me?
Yes. Just describe your idea in the 'Other Information' section when you fill out the order form. Your idea will be recreated as accurately as possible. Any number of modifications can be made until it is exactly how you want it.
I'm not sure what kind of logo I want. Can you help?
Don't worry. Many of our clients are unsure about the kind of logo they would like. Give us as much information as you can about what you like on the order form. You will be offered a range of designs to choose from.
How do I review my draft logo designs?
Your designs will be uploaded to your password protected review page. The web page contains a simple form allowing you to send us feedback for each design and select your favourite design. The username and password for the example review page are "example" and "password".
How is my final logo design delivered?
Your logo will be supplied in a variety of file formats, each of which will be uploaded to your password protected download page. There you will find links to each file ready to download. This page will remain available to you for 12 months after completion of your logo. The username and password for the example download page are "example" and "password". Your logo files will also be delivered on a CD-ROM.
When will you design my stationery?
Normally, your stationery will be designed once you have approved your final logodesign. You will be directed to the stationery form where you can select a layout of the letterhead and business cards, and specify your contact details.
Payment and Security
Are there any hidden extras?
No. Each package has a single fixed payment. The only additional payment that may be required is when ordering more than the standard five personalised business cards.
Can I pay securely using my credit card?
Yes. Online payment is managed by PayPal. Credit card payment is completed using SSL technology and 128 bit encryption to ensure maximum security. Your credit card details are stored by PayPal and are not passed on to us.
Which credit cards do you accept?
PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. UK clients may use their Switch or Solo cards.
